Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist, EMEA is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in executing field marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) programs, while also supporting digital marketing, webinars, campaigns, and other regional marketing initiatives across EMEA. This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants exposure to multiple areas of B2B SaaS marketing while helping scale marketing efforts in a growing region.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of EMEA field marketing programs, including events (virtual and in-person), campaigns, and regional initiatives.
  • Assist with ABM programs in partnership with sales, including account targeting, campaign execution, and follow-up activities.
  • Work closely with sales and SDR teams to ensure alignment on regional priorities and campaigns.
  • Support regional digital campaigns across email, paid, and organic channels.
  • Assist with campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Help localize and adapt global campaigns for EMEA markets.
  • Manage logistics and execution for EMEA webinars and virtual events, including coordination with speakers, promotion, and follow-up.
  • Support webinar content development in collaboration with product marketing and field marketing.
  • Act as a key marketing partner for the EMEA region, supporting a wide range of initiatives as needed.
  • Coordinate with global marketing teams to ensure EMEA needs are supported and represented.
  • Manage timelines, assets, and stakeholders across multiple projects.
  • Track and report on campaign and program performance.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve engagement, pipeline impact, and regional effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Experience or exposure to field marketing, ABM, digital marketing, or demand generation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to support a range of marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working across EMEA markets is a plus.
