Base pay range

Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Vape Retail)

Locations: Glasgow, Sheffield, Birmingham, London (Covering designated city territories)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Structure: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission & Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Prospect, identify, and onboard new retail accounts (e.g., convenience stores, vape shops, supermarkets) within assigned cities.
  • Relationship Building: Conduct regular store visits to train staff, execute merchandising, and gather market feedback to inform product strategy.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly KPIs for new store activations, revenue growth, and inventory sell-through.
  • Reporting: analyze personal sales data, and submit weekly progress reports.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the brand at local trade events and coordinate in-store promotions/sampling.

Right to Work: Must hold valid UK work authorization.

Transportation: Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (fuel allowance provided). Preference given to candidates with own vehicles.

Experience:

  • 1+ years in field sales, FMCG, or retail; vape/electronics industry experience highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, negotiation, and territory growth.

Skills:

  • Fluent English (oral/written); additional languages a plus.
  • Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office).
  • Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously.
  • Base Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 annually (experience-dependent).
  • Commission: Uncapped bonuses based on new account acquisition, revenue targets, and market penetration.
