Job Responsibilities:
- New Store Development: Responsible for the development of new stores within the assigned area (e.g., business negotiation, successful entry), and accountable for the number of newly opened stores.
- Store Information Maintenance: Responsible for providing useful information into the CRM system, including but not limited to store name, address, phone number, standard 3 photos (storefront, shelves, posters), basic material placement posters, flavor cards, window stickers, etc.
- Market Information Analysis: Responsible for collecting, providing feedback on, and analyzing information such as overall market conditions, competitor trends (strategies), and market feedback on the company's products.
- Other: Related work for the expansion of other stores, such as providing POS displays, POP materials, and product sales training to stores.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of sales experience in consumer products or mechanical/electronic products; those with sales experience in eācigarettes are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal connection skills, capable of understanding and identifying (potential) customer needs, adept at establishing connections with customers, building or maintaining friendly and harmonious relationships, and able to influence customers to cooperate with the company.
- Strong resultsāoriented awareness, resilient personality; when facing difficulties and challenges, does not make excuses but actively seeks solutions, integrates resources, has the spirit of daring to tackle tough problems, and will not stop until the goal is achieved.
- Strong sense of purpose and achievement, capable of proactive thinking and seeking change, and good at summarising experience and lessons.
- Driver licence is essential. Familiar with Microsoft system. Preferably worked for a Chinese company or familiar with Chinese company culture.
