Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Prospect, identify, and onboard new retail accounts (e.g., convenience stores, vape shops, supermarkets) within assigned cities.
- Relationship Building: Conduct regular store visits to train staff, execute merchandising, and gather market feedback to inform product strategy.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly KPIs for new store activations, revenue growth, and inventory sell-through.
- Reporting: Analyse personal sales data, and submit weekly progress reports.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the brand at local trade events and coordinate in-store promotions/sampling.
Requirements:
- Right to Work: Must hold valid UK work authorization.
- Transportation: Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (fuel allowance provided). Preference given to candidates with own vehicles.
- Experience: 1+ years in field sales, FMCG, or retail; vape/electronics industry experience highly preferred. Proven track record in B2B sales, negotiation, and territory growth.
- Skills: Fluent English (oral/written); additional languages a plus. Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office). Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously.
Base Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 annually (experience-dependent).
