• Life insurance, As part of our SMART outbound team, you will be contacting our existing customers to book in their SMART meter appointments. Through strong quality interactions, you will outline and tailor the features and benefits of SMART Meters for the customer and the environment to secure a booking.

You will be required to educate our customer on how to manage their energy usage and payments. Our goal is to help guide and support our customers through the process.

Smart meters are changing the energy industry for the better. Using less energy means a reduction of CO2 emissions and less reliance on fossil fuels. You will need to be confident in building rapport, handle customer objections, potential complaints, and always ensuring you are doing the right thing for our customers by matching the product to their needs.

When joining the Firstsource Family you will go through 3 weeks training both in a classroom environment and Academy which will be taking live calls with support on hand. This will be fully paid for, and you will have continuous support throughout the training process.

What you need to know:

· Permanent and Full Time

· Operational hours are: 9am – 17:30pm, Monday to Friday (no weekends!)

· Salary of £22,678.5 per annum (fortnightly pay)
