About the Role: This is a fully site-based role, working as part of a supportive and energetic team environment. We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Outbound Sales Advisors. In this role, you will contact existing and prospective customers to promote and sell utility products and services, helping customers find solutions that best meet their household needs. This is a fast-paced and rewarding sales environment where your communication skills and ability to build rapport will directly contribute to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers using company-provided data.
- Promote utility products and services in a professional and compliant manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and packages.
- Build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Accurately update customer records and sales information on internal systems.
- Ensure all sales activities are completed in line with company processes and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, Team Leaders, and support functions.
