We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Derby.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, CV screening, and recruitment coordination.
This is an office-based role, best suited for professionals who can join immediately and contribute to high-volume hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple roles.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics.
