This is a brilliant opportunity to work in partnership with one of our financial service clients to support our customers with clear, confident guidance at every stage of their pension journey. As a Pensions Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the reassuring voice who explains and helps customers understand their options, all while keeping things compliant and customer-friendly.
What you'll be doing:
- Taking inbound calls on our general helpline, helping customers with questions about their pensions
- Handling queries around pension pot value, tax-free allowances, timescales, and withdrawal options
- Supporting customers through common requests such as full encashments, partial encashments, and 25% tax-free withdrawals
- Following FCA and PRA regulations, using scripts and guidance to ensure every customer gets clear, fair information
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of every call
- Understanding the regulatory processes and guidelines to keep our customers and their accounts safe
