We are seeking qualified GenAI Data Specialists to support training, evaluation, and dataset development for Gen AI models. The role includes data annotation, content generation, model evaluation, coding tasks, and multimodal workflows conducted under strict security and compliance standards.
Work Mode: Remote
Payout Range: from $3 per hour to $50+ per hour depending upon the qualification tier, task complexity, Domain & Country/Language.

Key Responsibilities:
- Low Complexity: Data Collection, Data Labelling & Annotation
- Mid Complexity: Audio, Speech, and Multimodal Tasks, Evaluation and Quality Assessment
- High Complexity: Translation and Localisation, Content Generation and Rewrite
- Specialized / Technical: Code Related Tasks, Domain specific Expert level Tasks
Qualifications & Complexity Tie:
- Entry / Support: High School or Bachelor’s, 0–4 years
- Advanced Contributor: Master’s or equivalent, 3–5 years
- Expert / Research: PhD or equivalent, 5–7+ years
- Technical / Coding: CS/Engineering degree or 2–3 years dev experience
Language Requirements: Native or fluent in project language, English C1+ (CEFR) required for select client-facing roles.
Performance Expectations:
- Meet defined quality benchmarks
- Achieve >=95% monthly productivity targets
- Complete mandatory training and qualification assessments
