About the Role
As a Fraud Advisor, you’ll be the first line of defence against fraudulent activity, working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading banks. You’ll be part of a supportive, high-energy team that’s dedicated to protecting customers while upholding the bank’s stellar reputation. Your role will involve investigating fraud claims, engaging with customers, and making fair, evidence-based decisions.

- Investigating payment fraud claims and piecing together a clear timeline of events.
- Communicating with customers in a supportive and professional manner.
- Making sound, evidence-backed decisions in line with regulations and policies.
- Liaising with financial institutions to report fraudulent activity.
