Title: Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting

Requirements:
~3+ years of experience (public, private, or a mix of both)
Seeking a detail oriented and technically strong Senior SEC Accountant to join the accounting team. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing financial filings with the SEC & U.S GAAP compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assist in the review of SEC filings including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other periodic reports
- Draft and update financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and XBRL tagging
- Collaborate with internal teams (FP&A, Legal, Tax, Investor Relations) to gather data and support external reporting requirements
- Monitor and apply U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance, including newly issued accounting standards
- Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit requests
- Assist in SOX 404 compliance efforts related to external reporting controls
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, documentation, and system efficiencies
