Sales Lister
Location: South Kensington / Kensington
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm)
Salary: Competitive (Basic salary + enhanced commission scheme + attractive benefits + £5,000 Car Allowance)

About the Role:
- Conducting market appraisals and property valuationsand winning instructions
- Assisting the Sales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Managing clients' expectations and surpassing them through exceptional service.
- Negotiating effectively with all parties involved to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Ensuring the highest level of service throughout the client experience.
About You:
- 3+ years residential property sales experience, ideally within the PCL market
- Appraisals and property valuations experience
- Local knowledge is highly desirable
- Excellent at building meaningful, long lasting and lucrative relationships
- Approachability, helpfulness, and a positive demeanour
- Reapit/RPS knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and data savvy
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining consistently high standards
