You will perform daily tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, bin emptying and vacuuming of communal areas, with disposal of rubbish when needed, all while applying health and safety rules.
The role reports to Development Manager and requires a proactive, reliable approach to maintain high service levels for residents.
