Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

Salary: £28,090 per annum

We are looking for a professional and organised Receptionist to support our busy Sales & Lettings office in Canary Wharf. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will be the first point of contact for clients while providing essential administrative support to both the Sales and Lettings teams. You'll play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently and that every client receives a warm, professional welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, applicants, landlords, tenants and visitors, providing a professional first impression of the branch.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and emails, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales and Lettings teams.
  • Coordinate appointments, property viewings, valuations and meeting room bookings.
  • Prepare and maintain property files, marketing materials and office documentation.
  • Accurately update and maintain client and property records using the company's CRM system.
  • Process incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and general office correspondence.
  • Assist with compliance administration and ensure documentation is accurately recorded and filed.
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and office environment.
  • Support the wider branch with ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of a busy office.

About You

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house or administrative role, ideally within property or a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • A proactive team player who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment.
  • Professional, reliable and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
