Job Role: Property Administrator

Location: Greenhithe, Kent

Salary: £11.98 per hour plus benefits

Job Sector: Large & Complex

Hours: Thursday and Friday 8am-4pm (part time)

As the Project Administrator, you will contribute to our vision of being the UK\’s favourite residential property manager by:

  • Provide a high standard level of customer service to our residents and all visitors to the development
  • Close liaison with our client
  • Acting as the main FirstPort point of contact on matters relating to the project and possible forthcoming projects
  • Assisting with on-site customer and client queries

The Project Administrator reports directly into the Development Manager.

About You

You will be an experienced property / project administrator with a good understanding of the residential property management sector. You will be a confident and articulate communicator with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload. You will be a good eye for detail and the ability to efficiently maintain and update records electronically. You will be IT literate, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Main Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for any resident enquiries, answering all incoming calls and responding to emails.
  • Providing excellent customer services to the owners and occupants of all properties within the building.
  • Manage communications between all stakeholders, you will be required to work closely with your line management team, the client (specifically their project manager) and the residents.
  • Managing contractors to attend and complete inventory checks within residential properties.
  • Draft basic block notices if there are urgent communications that are required.
  • Manage the customer portal and issue notices provided by the client.
  • Attending meetings between the client and residents on behalf of FirstPort both online and onsite
  • Keeping a full record of communication and email trails.
  • Managing dedicated inbox for Hendon project
  • Managing communications via the resident’s portals.
  • Any other task to support the administering of this project.
