FirstPort is seeking a Night Concierge at a London development to provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. You will be the main point of contact at the front desk and support on-site deliveries, queries, and security during the 8pm–8am shift on a 4-on/4-off rota.
Ideal candidates are well-spoken, highly presentable, with experience in high-end residential environments and strong communication skills. Knowledge of health and safety is important; IOSH qualification is a plus.
