As a Ground Rent Administrator, you will contribute to our vision of being the UK’s favourite property manager by:
- Providing accurate and timely Ground Rent information for both internal and external clients ensuring all financial information is complete and accurate.
This role reports to the Ground Rent Team Leader as part of the wider Estates Finance department.
About You
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and could have an interest in accounting or property management. As you are a natural problem solver, you have a high attention to detail and strong computer literacy and numeracy skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Running monthly reports to establish Ground Rent collections in the period.
- Issuing of Ground Rent demands.
- Reconciliation of bank accounts and posting of customer receipts.
- Updating records to reconcile Ground Rent receipts/debtors.
- Reporting and remitting to clients within agreed timescales.
- Daily analysis of accounts and maintaining cashbooks.
- Reporting as necessary to clients.
- Ongoing review of processes and procedures.
- Set an example for others by championing the Company FIRST values, Customer Charter principles and the Code of Business Conduct.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required within the Estates Finance function.
