Job description
Job Role: Major Works Project Administrator
Location: Hybrid, Luton
Hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
As the Major Works Project Administrator you will contribute to our vision of being the UKs favourite property manager by:
- Process accurate major works fees/credits calculations
- Review and manage all new project documentation and reject/process into the major works team as applicable regular and ad hoc basis as required
- Supporting Major Works Project Managers to efficiently deliver project pipelines
This role reports to the Major Works Project Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Reviewing the quality of new major works project documentation and reject/process into the major works team as applicable
- Process all Section 20 and Non-Section 20 fee and credit requests and arrange billing in a timely manner
- Feedback to the Major Works Project Managers and Major Works Team Leader so training needs can be addressed
- To take responsibility and ownership of individual workload, ensuring that all tasked work is undertaken in accordance within the agreed timeframes
- Support the Major Works Project Managers with management of the divisional 10 year programme plans

- IT competency to an intermediate level
- Confident, articulate communicator – both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with all level of stakeholder with a resolution focused mentality
- Efficient in maintaining administration and record keeping electronically
