Hours: 35 per week
Beresford Ward have been looking after Landlords' interests since 2000, and we are currently looking for a Lettings Coordinator to join our Plymouth-based office. We are looking for someone who is passionate about always providing excellent customer service, demonstrated through a proven track record. Experience within the property sector is desired but not essential.
You are an excellent communicator with the ability to negotiate and influence all customers and stakeholders. Your verbal and written skills will be of a high standard. You will be a pragmatic problem solver who is proactive in finding answers to ensure timely resolution for all customer queries. You should be able to work autonomously across multiple environments within a portfolio.
Self-motivated and proactive, you enjoy working independently but also value building relationships with supportive colleagues at regular team meetings. You are IT savvy and confident in using laptops and tablets. You are fluent in different MS packages and systems, enabling you to maintain administration and finance records electronically.
You must hold a full clean Driving Licence and provide your own transport to carry out viewings and inspections.
