FirstPort is seeking a Visiting Development Manager to support its portfolio of developments, visiting sites to ensure a welcoming environment, safety and well-maintained grounds. You will manage contractor works, coordinate admin, and communicate changes and events to residents.
The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities including safety checks, keeping records, and fostering resident engagement and community activity.
