Hours: Every other week - Sunday 3pm-9pm (3 hours per week)

Main Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, summoning assistance from the relevant authorities when required.
- Monitor and maintain building safety systems, including communications, fire alarms, fire appliances, lighting, and temperature controls.
- Clean, maintain, and oversee communal areas, gardens, and grounds, reporting any defects or issues to the line manager.
- Supervise security arrangements, regulate communal spaces and car parking areas, and report any breaches of lease rules and regulations.
- Safeguard and manage master keys in line with strict company procedures at all times.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues and promote company initiatives, including Retirement Homesearch where applicable.
- Provide a high level of resident engagement, demonstrating excellent communication, diplomacy, and a consistently caring approach.
- Act as a role model by upholding company values, the Customer Charter, and the Code of Business Conduct, even in challenging situations.
About you:
- Customer service: a passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times, ideally in a face to face environment.
- Communication: a natural communicator, with the ability to resolve issues and complaints effectively.
- Health & Safety: an understanding of the importance of health & safety, experience of dealing with challenging or emergency situations.
- IT: able to operate Microsoft Office applications, and confident in learning new systems.
- Administration: organised, methodical and experience of keeping accurate records.
- Personal: an outgoing personality, with the ability to build professional relationships with colleagues and customers, self-motivated, pro-active, team oriented, and innovative.
