As a Ground Rent Administrator, you will contribute to our vision of being the UK’s favourite property manager by:

  • Providing accurate and timely Ground Rent information for both internal and external clients ensuring all financial information is complete and accurate.

This role reports to the Ground Rent Team Leader as part of the wider Estates Finance department.

About You

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, could have an interest in accounting or property management. As you are a natural problem solver, you have a high attention to detail and strong computer literacy and numeracy skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Running monthly reports to establish Ground Rent collections in the period.
  • Issuing of Ground Rent demands.
  • Reconciliation of Ground Rent accounts.
