You will inspire and manage a team of property managers, drive KPIs and SLAs, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service while maintaining strong client relationships and governance.
You will own the regional growth strategy, collaborate with BD for new opportunities, and champion the rollout of new systems and technology to enhance operations and efficiency.
