Firstport is seeking a Debt Controller to join our team in a hybrid role based in England. You will manage arrears, chase payments and provide excellent customer service while coordinating with internal departments to resolve debt issues.
You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with duties including responding to solicitor queries, handling Housing Association and landlord/developer accounts, and maintaining accuracy in debt records and service level compliance.
