FirstPort is seeking an Assistant Development Manager for our Dartford site. You will support the Development Manager, build a community atmosphere on site and work with resident committees to resolve issues promptly.
The role focuses on site operations, coordinating training, monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring high standards of building maintenance and KPI delivery. Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm shift pattern.
