The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

Location: Hybrid, Luton

Office Hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

As the Commercial Analyst, you will contribute to our vision of being the favourite residential property manager by:

  • Providing support to the growth strategy through budget creation for new management opportunities.
  • Using a data-led approach to support assumptions and justify costs with clients (internal and external).
  • Advising on pricing of new business to ensure profitability while pricing accurately and competitively to win business.

This role reports to the Senior Commercial Analyst.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pricing of new developments, translating architect plans and delivery plans into a financial budget.
  • Assisting the head of Commercial with analysis and implementing a KPI and data-led approach to working.
  • Working closely with Business Development & Operations to price delivery models and ensure profitability.
  • Interpreting and understanding lease details into a service charge budget format.
  • Challenging assumptions and influencing the commercial decision-making process.
  • Liaising with clients and attending external meetings as required.
  • Integrating with the wider finance team on the mobilisation of sites and new developments into management.

Skills and Experience:

  • Property background preferred, but not essential.
  • First-rate communication and interpersonal skills, confident dealing with multiple stakeholders across various teams.
  • Excel experience, using Vlookups & Sumifs functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage workloads.
  • Naturally curious with strong analytical skills and an ability to handle pressure and rapidly changing demands in a fast-paced dynamic customer-focused environment.
