As an Accounts Assistant for the finance department, you will contribute to our business success in one of our lettings finance teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Raising fee invoices to clients.
- Chasing overdue rent.
- Resolving payment and invoice queries.
- Monitoring emails.
- Running reports.
- Liaising with internal teams.
- Assisting with month end reporting.
- Chasing fee debtors.
- Processing tenant refunds.
- Collaborating with credit control team.
- Assisting with payment runs.
- Posting receipts.
- Processing refunds.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Skills and Experience
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 preferred but equivalent work experience would be considered.
