Your Role, Your Impact
You will manage a dynamic portfolio across Scotland ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Lead and inspire a team of property managers, fostering their growth through regular performance reviews, feedback, and coaching. Drive success by ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved, while creating a supportive and high‑performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross‑functional meetings to set and review portfolio priorities, focusing on process improvements.
- Drive service innovation and promote a culture of service excellence across the team.
- Lead business development efforts, including sales meetings, presentations, and bids for growth and profitability.
- Oversee Property Manager action plans, managing risks and implementing corrective actions for at‑risk schemes.
- Conduct regular site audits and monitor KPIs to ensure standards are met across the portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures, addressing any non‑compliance issues.
- Manage escalated complaints, providing resolutions and handling major legal matters with support from the legal team.
- Proactively manage contractors and consultants to ensure efficient project completion within scope and specification.
