Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)

Your Role, Your Impact

As a Regional Coordinator you will provide day to day support to the Operations Director and other stakeholders within your region. This role will be varied, where you’re not stuck behind a desk all day. You will enjoy working with people, developing relationships, and ultimately delivering the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Operations Director with administration, coordination and meetings
  • Organising and attending meetings and taking minutes where needed
  • Following up on meeting actions with the Leadership Team
  • Generation, preparation and presentation of management reports
  • Liaising with the wider business to collate data and information
  • Support new business strategy by completing administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experienced senior administrator with exceptional organisation skills.
  • Able to work on your own initiative, and confident when working with internal and external stakeholders
  • An excellent and effective communicator with the ability to negotiate and influence with all customers and stakeholders and demonstrate this through your ability to connect with everyone you meet. Your verbal and written skills will be of a high standard.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel, and have an eye for detail when working with strategic data.
  • A natural problem solver, comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
