Your Role, Your Impact

As the Regional Co-ordinator, you will contribute to our vision of being the UK’s favourite property manager by providing high-level administrative and coordination support to two senior executives and exercising exceptional organisational skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Providing high‑level administrative and coordination support to the Director of Operational Excellence and Customer Operations Director. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level PA and administrative support to two senior executives.
  • Own diary and meeting management across multiple time zones, ensuring priorities are clearly aligned and communicated.
  • Prepare board‑level documents, including reports, presentations, and follow‑up action plans.
  • Oversee office operations—ensuring facilities, suppliers, IT, and telecoms are all functioning efficiently and within budget.
  • Manage internal communication and serve as a central point of contact across departments.
  • Lead coordination of key business functions including onboarding, recruitment, training, and policy compliance.
  • Facilitate the full lifecycle of internal events, off‑site, and CSR initiatives.
  • Ensure health & safety standards and certifications are current, including acting as Office Fire Marshal and First Aider.
  • Represent the company with confidence as front‑of‑house, meeting and greeting external guests and partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or managing partners in a fast‑paced corporate or property environment.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a problem‑solving mindset—no challenge is too big or small.
  • Excellent command of MS Office and internal systems, with a natural ability to manage data and documentation with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience overseeing HR‑related functions including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining employee records.
  • A calm, composed, and proactive personality, used to working independently and anticipating the needs of executives.
  • A natural collaborator, comfortable handling confidential information and sensitive business matters.
