Your Role, Your Impact

As a Growth Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. You will oversee and collaborate with business development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies, while identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with major stakeholders. In this role you will report into the Director of Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with company objectives in order to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Execute a regional business development strategy focused on expanding FirstPort’s presence and market share in the London market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Lead tenders and pitches alongside presenting tailored property management solutions that meet diverse client needs to drive an increase in win rates.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and contribute to strategic growth initiatives across London.
  • Ensure the wider commercial team meets performance targets and objectives.
  • Report to senior management on commercial performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform decisions.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with RMCs, RTMs, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture long‑term client relationships that support retention and future growth.
  • Attend industry networking events and represent FirstPort at key forums and meetings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years’ operating at Commercial/Sales Manager/Director level.
  • Minimum 5+ years of senior‑level experience in real estate, preferably residential property management (ideally TPI Level 3 or above).
  • Proven success in business development, client acquisition and account management, ideally within the property sector.
  • Strong knowledge of RMCs, RTMs, and developer needs and expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
