Your Role, Your Impact
As a Consumer Marketing Executive, you will be supporting the delivery of integrated consumer marketing activity that builds reputation, supports consumer objectives and strengthens relationships with professional stakeholders. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys turning plans into high-quality execution. You’ll work across campaigns, content, digital channels and events, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure work is delivered accurately, on time and to a consistently high standard. You’ll report to the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager and play a key role in keeping activity moving, organised and effective, while contributing ideas and insight that help us continuously improve.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll support the planning and delivery of integrated consumer marketing campaigns across digital, content, social, email, events and partnerships.
- You’ll manage day-to-day delivery of marketing activity, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time and in line with brand and tone of voice guidelines.
- You’ll help create and coordinate consumer marketing content including case studies, presentations, briefings, digital assets, email campaigns and internal materials, working with internal teams and external agencies where needed.
- You’ll support event planning and delivery, including logistics, materials, coordination and follow‑up activity for both in-person and online events.
- You’ll maintain marketing schedules, trackers and reporting, giving stakeholders clear visibility of progress, timelines and outcomes.
- You’ll support campaign evaluation by gathering performance data, insight and feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness.
- You’ll work closely with colleagues across Marketing and Communications, as well as consumer and operational teams, responding professionally to requests and managing expectations effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience (3+ years) in a marketing or customer communications role.
- Demonstrable experience developing and executing integrated campaigns including brand activation and or lead generation across digital, content, social, email, events and paid channels.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, including audience segmentation, building email journeys and nurture campaigns, and analysing, optimising and reporting on performance.
- CMS experience, ideally WordPress.
- Event planning and delivery experience, both in-person and online.
- Experience using creative tools including InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Canva.
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences, channels and purposes, and to review and proofread marketing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy and consistency with our tone of voice.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with confidence turning data and insight into clear, succinct and compelling updates for a range of stakeholders.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining exceptional attention to detail throughout.

- Some experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating an understanding of customer needs and an appropriate tone of voice.
- Experience in the property sector.
- Experience using workflow and project management tools such as Monday.com.
- Experience using Power BI or similar reporting and data interrogation tools.
