FirstPort is seeking a Property Manager to cover a field-based portfolio around Exeter. Salary starts from £32,000 per annum, with a car allowance and benefits, and a 35-hour week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).
You will oversee day-to-day property management, visit sites, manage budgets and service charges, and ensure health and safety compliance across your portfolio.
Experience in block management and housing estates is essential; driving is required and TPI accreditation (ATPI or MTPI) is preferred.
