Your Role, Your Impact

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. This high-profile, strategic role involves identifying new opportunities, building trusted relationships, and delivering bespoke solutions to an evolving client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Deliver the regional business development strategy, increasing FirstPort’s presence and market share.
  • Build and manage a strong regional sales pipeline by proactively identifying new and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead all aspects of tender activity, including the preparation and coordination of high-quality tender submissions across internal teams.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to strengthen the company’s regional market position.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to inform strategy and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the business at key industry events, networking forums and conferences.
