Campions is seeking a Senior Tenancy Progression Coordinator to lead the preparation, coordination and administration of tenancy documentation, ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company policies. You will oversee new tenancies, renewals, variations and short-let agreements.
You will work closely with Front Office, Lettings Operations and Branch Managers to maintain audit-ready files, meet KPIs and drive process improvements.
