Mistral is hiring a Head of FDE Learning Programs to build the learning system for its rapidly growing FDE organization. You will own the roadmap, curriculum, and delivery model, scaling programs as headcount expands to several hundred Deployment Strategists and Applied AI Engineers.
You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Science, People, and regional leaders to ensure readiness, standardization, and high-impact learning experiences across regions.
