Your mission is to help large and small organisations achieve their targets with and through their employees. You should be passionate about helping others make better people decisions now and in the future.
As a Sales Graduate Programme participant, you will be a crucial part of the entire sales journey from start to end, including lead sourcing, nurturing, and selling through 1:1 development conversations with people in various businesses. You will analyse and understand talent profiles, educate clients, and ensure they succeed in understanding their employees to achieve the best possible outcomes.

These studies involve 1.2 million people, creating the best starting point for understanding people, their strengths, challenges, and motivations to foster strong cultures and high-performing teams. Today, FirstMind collaborates with top Danish businesses, including the British police and the Danish military, to help them make better people decisions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Arranging personal 1:1 feedback sessions and intro-calls to help people act on their psychological homefield.
- Selling the value of how companies can achieve better results through deep insights into their employees.
- Coaching and guiding people to perform at their best by identifying their talents.
- Creating powerful results for businesses through personal development and team workshops.
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with clients and understanding their day-to-day challenges.
- Enhancing FirstMind’s materials and learning platforms to help companies succeed with the tool.
