Your mission is to help large and small organisations achieve their targets with and through their employees. As an employee in FirstMind, you will learn to master understanding behaviour, coach, mentor and guide companies to succeed. You must therefore be able to sell by and through understanding the potential and challenges of leaders, managers and employees. You must be passionate about helping others make better people decisions now and in the future.

You will be a crucial part of the entire sales journey from start to end - from lead sourcing, nurturing and selling through 1:1 development conversations with people in large and small businesses. You will be analysing and understanding talent profiles, educating and ensuring that our clients succeed in understanding their employees, so that they achieve the best possible outcomes in their organisation.

Our mission is to build the world's best tool, based on 43 cognitive studies and 9 behavioural studies from leading universities. These studies are made on 1.2 million people, to create the absolute best starting point for understanding people, their strengths, challenges, motivation, etc., to create strong cultures and high performing teams. Today, FirstMind works with top Danish businesses, helping everything from the British police and the Danish military, to startups and more established companies to make better and stronger people's decisions. Our goal is for everyone in the world to work at what they do best.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Arranging personal 1:1 feedback sessions, intro-calls and helping people to act on their psychological homefield.
  • Selling the value of how companies can create far better results through deep insights into their employees.
  • Coaching and guiding people to perform at their absolute best, by identifying their talents.
  • Creating powerful results for businesses and organisations through personal development and team workshops.
  • Maintaining and building strong relationships with clients/consumers and understanding their day-to-day challenges.
  • Enhancing FirstMind's materials and learning platforms to help companies succeed with the tool.
