- Get an in-depth understanding of behavioural analytics and how people are motivated to work.
- An opportunity for getting operational experience in a start-up and helping build a company from the inside, while learning from some of Europe’s most prolific and successful serial-entrepreneurs.
- A chance to work closely together with the CEO on our business development strategy.
- Engage in conversations with CEOs and MDs of leading European companies across multiple industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibility will be:
- Build an understanding of the FirstMind Talent Discovery tool.
- Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and value that can be delivered by FirstMind.
- Learn how FirstMind position solutions to customers relevant to their business needs.
- Providing creative initiatives to market FirstMind as human analytics tool of choice.
- Ensuring marketing messages are consistent and relevant.
- Managing the content calendar and ensuring deadlines are respected.
- Advising on growth hacking opportunities.
- Social media planning and content management.
- Assistance in preparation of FirstMind Practitioner Course delivery.
- Delivering feedback as part of product demo and product deliveries.
- Initiating intro calls with CEOs, MDs and other key business stakeholders.
