RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build an understanding of the FirstMind Talent Discovery tool.
  • Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and value that can be delivered by FirstMind.
  • Learn how FirstMind position solutions to customers relevant to their business needs.
  • Providing creative initiatives to market FirstMind as human analytics tool of choice.
  • Ensuring marketing messages are consistent and relevant.
  • Managing the content calendar and ensuring deadlines are respected.
  • Advising on growth hacking opportunities.
  • Social media planning and content management.
  • Assistance in preparation of FirstMind Practitioner Course delivery.
  • Delivering feedback as part of product demo and product deliveries.
  • Initiating intro calls with CEOs, MDs and other key business stakeholders.
