As an Executive Coach at FirstMind you will be a crucial part of the entire sales journey from start to end - from lead sourcing, nurturing and selling through 1:1 development conversations with people in large and small businesses. You will be analysing and understanding talent profiles, educating and ensuring that our clients succeed in understanding their employees, so that they achieve the best possible outcomes in their organisation.
FirstMind emerged to build the world’s best tool, based on 43 cognitive studies and 9 behavioural studies from leading universities. These studies are made on 1.2 million people, to create the absolute best starting point for understanding people, their strengths, challenges, motivation, etc. Today, FirstMind works with top Danish businesses, helping everything from the British police and the Danish military, to startups and more established companies to make better and stronger people’s decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange personal 1:1 feedback sessions, intro-calls and help people to act on their psychological homefield.
- Coach and guide people to perform at their absolute best, by identifying their talents.
- Enhance FirstMind’s materials and learning platforms to help companies succeed with the tool.
As an Executive Coach at FirstMind you will be on a journey focusing on your own development, your career and FirstMind as a company together with other ambitious colleagues. To ensure that you learn, develop and grow we will provide you with continuous training and the ability to practice and improve your ability to understand people, sell, teach, speak in public, and conduct workshops.
Requirements:
- Genuine interest in learning to help others make better people decisions.
- Experience and keen interest in psychology, recruitment, behaviour, sales and coaching.
- UK, US or EU work permit.
