Pax8 is hiring a Content Designer for either our Farnborough or Bristol office to craft standout Academy learning experiences that help our partners grow, powered by modern design and thoughtful AI tools. Most training content gets skimmed, half‑understood, then forgotten. Yours won’t. You’ll take real input from Academy stakeholders and turn it into micro‑learning people actually finish; crisp, visual, and useful. Some days you’ll design from scratch; other days you’ll adapt and regionalise what already exists, using modern AI video/translation tools to help content travel across Europe without losing the meaning. It’s a role for someone who wants reps, feedback, and the chance to get properly good.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

  • Design new partner‑facing Academy content across a wide range of topics, from practical enablement to thought leadership style learning.
  • Create microlearning and modern learning assets, including AI‑supported video content and engaging bite‑sized formats.
  • Adapt and localise learning content for regional audiences, including multilingual versions with AI translation tools where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Academy leaders and stakeholders to understand what learners need, uncover the “why”, and translate that into great learning.
  • Build learning experiences in our LMS and ensure content is easy to access, intuitive, and consistently high quality.
  • Bring adult learning fundamentals into everything you produce, making learning practical, relevant, and enjoyable.
  • Showcase your work through real examples one‑pager, battlecards, learning resources, and creative assets you’re proud of.

Impact

Your work will help thousands of small businesses across Europe learn faster, sell smarter, and grow with confidence. You’ll play a key role in shaping what Academy content looks like across EMEA, and because this is a growth hire, you’ll help set the standard for quality, style, and learner experience from the ground up.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability producing high‑quality design work using tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Confidence using modern AI‑enabled tools (or strong motivation to learn them), especially for content creation, video, and translation workflows (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen or similar).
  • A natural instinct for turning messy inputs into clear, learner‑friendly outputs.
  • Strong stakeholder listening skills; you ask smart questions, clarify needs, and enjoy shaping ideas collaboratively.
  • The ability to balance creativity with structure (quality, consistency, deadlines, and brand guidelines still matter).
  • A friendly, open working style; you build relationships easily and bring positive energy to collaboration.
  • Bonus: German language capability or experience supporting multilingual content.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: £34,000 – £43,000 (depending on experience).
  • Annual performance bonus.
  • Long‑term Incentive Plan (Stock Options).
  • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
  • Private healthcare covered by Bupa.
  • Dental plan covered by Unum.
  • Life Assurance.
  • Income Protection.
  • Royal London Workplace pension scheme – 5% employer contribution.
  • Pax8 Cycle to Work Support Scheme available.
  • Dedicated time for training and personal development.
