Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Sell tickets and services accurately and efficiently

Roster
Shifts between 07:00 – 19:00. Working across all days, including weekends and bank holidays. Due to the shift pattern, applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
What to Expect
After submitting your application, you'll complete an online Situational Judgement Test (recommended on a laptop/computer). Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a competency-based interview. Successful applicants will need to pass a medical assessment, including a drug and alcohol screening, as well as a Basic DBS check. Full training will be provided, including a 3-week training programme in Swindon.
