We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused individual to join our station team across North Somerset. Starting and finishing your shift at Bristol Temple Meads Station, you will travel to Nailsea & Backwell or Yatton stations to provide ticket sales and customer service cover where required.

Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday, 05:45 β 10:15 including Bank Holidays. Travel time between stations is included within shift hours. Due to the shift pattern, applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
What to Expect
After submitting your application, you'll complete an online Situational Judgement Test (recommended on a laptop/computer). Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a competency-based interview. Successful applicants will need to pass a medical assessment, including a drug and alcohol screening, as well as a Basic DBS check. Full training will be provided, including a 3-week training programme in Swindon.
