First Rail London is seeking an experienced asset management lead to ensure robust delivery of digital assets across the Customer Experience Function.
You will line-manage the Asset Management team and coordinate with contractors such as Telent, Worldline and other providers to meet KPI targets.
You will analyse fault trends, specify digital requirements, maintain procurement contracts and drive continuous improvement in rail retail systems, ticketing and CCTV assets across the estate.
