Position: Cleaner/Fueller/Shunter
Location: Weston‑Super‑Mare depot, Searle Crescent, BS23 3XP
Contracted Hours: 39 per week - full time & permanent
Shifts: 5 days per week, 7am-3pm - must be available to cover holidays on late shift between 6pm-2am as and when required
Hourly Rate: £14.31
Annual Salary: Approx. £29,020

Do you take pride in keeping things spotless and running smoothly? Join our energetic team of Cleaners, Engineers, and Maintenance staff who keep our fleet in top condition. As a Cleaner/Fueller/Shunter, you'll play a vital role in making sure our vehicles are ready to hit the road each day at our busy Weston‑Super‑Mare depot. For helping keep our fleet on the road, you'll earn a good hourly pay rate and great rewards & benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fuelling/charging and shunting vehicles around the depot ready for shift or next clean
- Carry out vehicle under chassis washing, including exterior cleaning using a pressure washer
- Ensure that oil and water top ups are carried out as required
- Carry out other bus interior cleaning duties and general site maintenance as and when required
- To record details of all work done and accurately complete any necessary sheets/record cards
About You:
You must hold a valid UK driving license to be considered for this role. Do you have a flexible approach to working hours? Do you have previous cleaning experience? Bus driving experience would be beneficial; a PCV license is not essential as we can support you in gaining this.
