Join Our Team & Make a Difference! We're looking for passionate and proactive individuals to assist our passengers, ensuring a smooth and accessible journey for all. As part of our station team, you'll provide hands‑on support, including helping customers with luggage, deploying ramps for wheelchair users, and offering travel information.

Shift Pattern?
Working on a rota basis between 06:30 and 22:30, with shifts of approximately 4 hours per day, Monday to Saturday. This role includes regular weekend and bank holiday working. Due to the nature of the shifts work involved in these roles, applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

What to Expect?
After submitting your application, you'll complete an online assessment (recommended on a laptop/computer). Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a competency‑based interview tentatively scheduled week commencing 11 May 2026. Successful applicants will need to pass a medical assessment, including a drug and alcohol screening, as well as a Basic DBS check. Full training will be provided, including a 2‑week training programme in Swindon.
