Location: Bankside College, Worcestershire, WR8 0AD

Hours: 15 hours per week, flexible on which 2 days are selected

Contract: Permanent (term-time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on personal circumstances)

Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Responsibilities
  • Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent, or have SEMH needs.
  • Work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working to guide practice in an education setting.
  • Hold a Speech and Language Therapy caseload with the support of a designated clinical supervisor and site lead.
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
  • Collaborate with the education team to ensure a person-centred, empowering approach that places pupils at the forefront.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy (BSc (Hons) Speech and Language Therapy).
  • Good relationship-building, analytical and judgmental skills.
  • Willingness to attend training and work towards further qualifications relevant to the client group.
  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
