Location: Bankside College, Worcestershire, WR8 0AD
Hours: 15 hours per week, flexible on which 2 days are selected
Contract: Permanent (term-time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on personal circumstances)
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Responsibilities- Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent, or have SEMH needs.
- Work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working to guide practice in an education setting.
- Hold a Speech and Language Therapy caseload with the support of a designated clinical supervisor and site lead.
- Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
- Collaborate with the education team to ensure a person-centred, empowering approach that places pupils at the forefront.
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy (BSc (Hons) Speech and Language Therapy).
- Good relationship-building, analytical and judgmental skills.
- Willingness to attend training and work towards further qualifications relevant to the client group.
- Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
- CPD support with a £2,000 training allowance after probation to complete role-specific training tailored to your requirements.
