Outcomes First Group has been awarded a Great Place to Work for the 5th year running. We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Yiewsley Grange School, West Drayton.
Location: Yiewsley Grange School, West Drayton UB7 7QP
Salary: Up to £53,200 FTE DOE plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus (Welcome Bonus is payable as £2,500 after completion of one month and a further £2,500 upon completion of your final probation period).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent (term-time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on personal circumstances)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils within the school setting.
- Hold a Speech and Language Therapy caseload with the support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead.
- Collaborate with the education team to support pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, are neurodivergent, or have SEMH needs.
- Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
- Work within the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working to guide practice and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Strong relationship-building, analytical and judgment skills.
- Willingness to attend training and work towards further qualifications relevant to the client group.
- Experience working with a network of clinical colleagues and engaging in peer reflection and practice development is valued.
