First Rail London is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead Shunters & Train drivers, ensuring operational safety and efficiency. You will perform fitness and competence assessments and optimise driver utilisation to support a reliable train plan.

You will enforce disciplinary procedures, welfare arrangements and health and safety, while monitoring driver performance and complying with company procedures to meet safety validation targets and customer satisfaction.
